Truffles

Our premium chocolate truffles in dark, white and milk chocolate are a chocolate lover’s dream come true! Chocolate truffles get their name from a European fungi, a highly sought after delicacy used by gourmet chefs in Italy and France. Classic chocolate truffles are made in a lopsided roundish shape, to stimulate their fungi namesakes, and good ones are also highly sought after.

Once the Wild Women had their simple but remarkable idea, “to handcraft superior, superb, scrumptious and addictive, chocolate truffles” – chocolates that would not only taste exquisitely good, but that would be made from superb ingredients and in tantalizing unique flavors, as well. The result would be an ever evolving chocolate indulgence.

From that initial idea has grown more than Truffles. Of course, we still handcraft them right here in our colorful Colorado kitchen, using only the finest ingredients. But, from pairing our premium Belgian chocolate with fresh flavors found in nature and around the world, we’ve created other gluten free choco-licious products – all from our love of great chocolate and  that wild niche filling itch that started the whole shebang in the first place.
